"Shoddy and unsupportive."

I was very disappointed with the service that berry timber provided. The fence isn't placed properly so it sways from side to side. The shed/summer house is badly put together with nails coming through to the outside and the door won't shut without locking it. The gate has fallen off and the bolt is only on one side. I'm very disappointed and upset with the promises of coming to sort it out being disregarded..
