"What Mirrors!"

As a mature female member of The Atrium Club I personally find The Atrium Club's no mirror policy great. It doesn't create an illusional size to the gym and there is no pretense or need to wear designer gym wear. Who looks good training in the gym anyway! If you want to get results you need to work hard especially at my age. A special mention to Peter he has helped me to drop 2 dress sizes, and i still enjoy my weekly bowl of chips and glass of wine.Thanks to all the staff they always make me feel welcome. I recommend the aerobiking classes, but they are not for the faint hearted!
