Although I'd agree that the veggies are usually pretty old and tired - you certainly can't fault the service, I was in there and a little old woman came in with her son bought a whole load of things including a big sack of rice - the son couldn't carry everything she'd chosen so he was trying to give her the lightest things but one of the staff was sent by the boss (his dad?) to carry it back to her house for her.
