"Easier to pass blood"

A review of HFC Bank by Fed up - Wednesday 5th of November 2003

Having just come to the end of my interest free period I wanted to settle my loan, which at the time the sales person insisted would be NO PROBLEM SIR !!!

What a joke. A telephone system which directs you to a dead end greets your call.

And then no clear or easy method to part with your cash. I wondered if they really wanted me to settle the balance. (no I think ?)

Lets hope some whizzzzzzzzz kids invents telehone banking for HFC and lets people by by telephone.
