The staff are friendly - so friendly in fact that they stand around chatting to their colleagues in the aisles, leaving two poor employees on their own at the tills - I wouldn't have minded quite so much if it weren't for the fact that this chit-chat at 7.25pm caused many of us customers in the queue to miss the 7.30 deadline for the National Lottery! If these staff were actually on a proper break, they should have taken it away from the shop floor, otherwise it annoys us customers greatly, as it apperars they are slacking!
