"New but NOT Improved Burgers"A review of Chilis Grill & Bar by Jenny & Harry - Sunday 9th of November 2003Advertisements
My husband and I are appalled at the way the Cambridge Chili's has changed the way they prepare their burgers. No longer the thick juicy hand-formed beef patty snuggled within a mile-high sesame seed bun, the "new" burger is a bland hockey puck that looks and tastes like it just came out of the freezer and the bun a tasteless pale meager piece of white bread pretending to be a bun with NO sesame seeds (even though the menu still boasts that the burgers are served on sesame seed buns). Is this perhaps the management's way of cutting costs? This new move will only serve to cut their customer base. I for one refuse to return to the Cambridge Chili's until they realize that they should have never changed their burgers. My husband would also like to add that the Mexican beers were served at just above room temperature with NO limes (apparently, none "were available" this evening). |
