"Excellent customer service"

I bought a Sony DAVS550 (surround sound DVD system) from Hughes on Burleigh Street. When I got home, I had a bit of trouble connecting all the wires. The manager there talked me through the whole thing over the phone, and even showed me how to hook up my ntl connection too. They offered to send someone round if I couldn't do it myself - but his explanation was so clear I had no problems.

Really professional and supportive. I recommend Hughes if you want to speak to people who know what they are talking about, and get great after-sales service... as well as the best prices in town.
