"Does it really matter?"
A review of Dorothy Perkins by Sweetness soured - Wednesday 12th of November 2003
I agree dorethy is an old fashioned name but does it really matter? the windows are bloody see-through afterall! you can qute easily see that the clothes are trendy and not for people with the same style as your gran! Dorethy Perkins could change their name but that would just cause more confusion to the store then there is already. Everyone knows the sort of clothes at D.P. and anyway they seem to be doing all right with their current name. If they were to change the name it just wouldn't seem right. what would they call it? tracey Perkins, Kelly Perkins, Kayleigh Perkins? it wouldn't seem the same to me. If anyone has any doubts as to how trendy D.P is they can just go in and hav a look! not to differcult. Alterntaively we could follow in the footsteps of someone else who wrote a review and call it Dotty P's but I don't think I'm going to jump on tha bandwagon! LOL! ps. i have never heard anyone call it that, personaly i would rather call it Ethal Perkins or Audrey Perkins!
