"Needs a new owner"

This pub has enourmous potential. It is a stones throw from the Science Park and could make a killing at lunchtime if a)it served better food (nothing fancy but something palatable would be nice with some flavour) b)it changed its staff (need some manners and a personality to start with), c)it had a makeover (its dirty and grimy and its a shame because the building is fantastic). Please!! It would also do a decent trade in the evenings.. should start a happy hour.. could do worse than offer the commuters somewhere to hang and wait out the worse of the traffic jams.. serve bar snacks and offer large soft drinks and fancy coffees (cant encourage drink drivers).. oh boy what i would give to get my hands on this pub..
