I have been very lucky then. I bought a fab pair of jeans three weeks ago from a new store near to me. They were very good value and a great design and a bargain at Â£16. You have to remember clothes are only ever a bargain if you wanted/ needed to buy them in the first place. Have also bought a jumper that i haven't worn yet. I did take the time to try on when I went to buy the refunds policy was drawn to my attention before purchasing. Can't say fairer than that. Question if the goods are faulty you do have to give a cash refund or refund to the credit card paid with as part of your statutory rights unless the goods are sold as seconds and this is stated clearly when you purchase them?
