"Review of Garfunkels Restaurant"

Valentine's evening is supposed to be a romantic affair, with wonderful company and excellent food. Unfortunately, while I was in good company, I never got to experience the food because of the absolutely dreadful service at Garfunkels. 
 
It was a catalogue of disaster from start to finish. The menu choices on the set menu were disapointing and it was at least 15 minutes after sitting down that our order was taken. 20 minutes after this, we were informed that our starter choice had been removed from the menu and we would have to choose another. 20 minutes after this and we were still waiting and we had only just received our drinks!!! We decided at this point that the only way we were going to eat that evening was if we went to another restaurant so we left. 
 
To call the experience disapointing is an understatement. I can safely say that I won't be eating there again. The management of Garfunkels should look very closely at the service they provide before they become the least popular restaurant in Cambridge.
