A review of Staples by Jason - Tuesday 30th of November 1999I got given a laser printer by a friend who no longer wanted it because it was faulty. We suspected that the drum was damaged. So off I went to Staples to see if they had a replacement drum and they did - it cost about £90.
When I explained that I wasnt sure if the fault was definitely the drum, they agreed to let me try the drum out at home and if it didnt solve the problem I could have a refund. Very good service
