I have to say my experience with the Co-Op so far has been excellent. There have been a few minor hitches along the way, but nothing serious, and the service I have received has always been first rate.

Their internet banking website is well set out and easy to use, staff both in the Cambridge branch and in the call centres have been superb and always extremely friendly. It has been a pleasure to bank with them, beating the perfomance of the previous bank I was with by miles!

I think their method of ethical banking is a wonderful idea and I would like to see other banks and businesses fowllowing this very inspiring lead. Well done Co-Op!!
