I've used Regent News for about 6 years now and they are excellent. They used to keep Sunday's El Pais in the shop well after Sunday as this one has the magazine and people come in to buy it well after the Sunday. When they could no longer do this, because of distribution arrangements, they kindly offered to keep one aside for me each week.

All the staff are always friendly and helpful and the shop stocks most things you need.
So, don't avoid the shop - go in! They always have a good selection of foreign language newspapers and magazines in particular.
