"Promised a house"

My son and partner were promised a house, when their baby was born, now 8 months on, after phone calls writing letters email, no joy why does that shock me were only tax and rate payers,people who just want to get on in life,now my patience is running out cause ive just been told that a english lady married to a syrian, who stays over there in a big bought 4 bedroom house and also her husband has a bought house here as well, has came over 2 weeks ago to have her fourth baby here again has been given a 3 bedroom house in chesterton, she stays in syria she claims child benifitwhile she is living over there why didnt she wait on the waiting list has she got special privelages,the lady doesnt even live in this country
