Lets face it most people love Reeds (me being one) but some dont so instead of insulting them and their service why didnt you speak directly to them anonymous i'm sure either Jamie, John, Angela or one of the others would of been more than willing to redo your hair to how you want it i do not feel the way you went about talking about them was correct and next time you should speak directly to them not through here perhaps if you weren't pleased you should of said which is what i do. i am sure ALL of reeds staff would be more than willing to help you with any problem having been a loyal customer to them for 7 years you should of maybe told them so they can use it and improve their business although i have never had a problem with their service but some people are picky and your criticism will help Reeds develop into a customer satisfied business so what review you thought would lose customers will bring more in and lets face it its not very often that these kind of errors happen but you should tell the salon rather than broadcasting it on this website!
