I often buy CDs or videos from shops but normally go to specialist record shops, often in London. One time, HMV had a great offer on videos and CDs, so I decided to get several CDs and. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realizd they were pants. Rather than keep them, I wanted to see if I could return them back to HMV, but was a bit apprehensious because many shops get funny about returns. I took them back to the shop and they refunded my money without even asking why I was returning them. Impressed, will shop there again.
