I bought a pair of boots from the Cambridge Mr Shoes in December, my intention being to wear them for work.
Unfortunately the plastic on each of the heels came off in January and I was forced to take them back. It was a week before I could return the shoes and when I did, even though I had my receipt, I was told they could not replace them because I had walked on the shoes after the heel had come off. I explained that these were my only boots so I didn't have much choice about wearing them. However they refused to change them so I asked for the head office address and will be writing to them.
