"Charges - for what???"

Well I have been with Llyods TSB since I was born, well back then it was just TSB. Never had a problem with them before until last year I updated my account and I wasn't given any details of the changes that would be made to my account. Having a savings account, money came out my regular account every month and before updating my account I was never charged a penny. But having gone through the christmas period and there not being enough money in my account to clear, also not knowing I would get charged, I did Â£30 here Â£30 there, it turned out I gave my bank over Â£100 in charges because no one bothered to tell me that after updating my account I would start getting charged.
