As an employer of mr shoes i feel that i have 2 reply 2 some comments made. For the lady whos top pieces came off, this is not Mr shoes responsibility it is yours, The manufacturer does not guarantee heel replacments so if yours come off you have 2 take a lil trip 2 the shoe repairer who will happily put new ones on 4 u. As 4 the shoeless sisters perhaps ur shoes would last longer if u werent so hard wearing on them. Mr shoes shoes r of high quality u either didnt buy shoes suitable 4 work or have never heard of polish.
