Absolutely appalling. It's a long time since I had the misfortune to go somewhere quite as bad as this. The service was slow, the cocktails were poor, the food was mediocre, the only good thing was the wine and even that changed vintage, half way through the evening. And then they had the gall to automatically add a tip! If the service had been slightly slower or rude, we'd probably have left without paying. It's almost a shame that the service slightly, and only very slightly, redeemed the evening. I am heartily recommending all colleagues, friends and family, to spread the news. Footlights sucks. Don't go there!
