For the attention of the trade parts department.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am supprised to learn that I am not entitled to obtain supplies from your Kings Lynn branch.
Some years ago when the business was John Grose, I had a visit from an excellent young man looking for business.
Over the years we have built up the business and now service fleets of vehicles from the majority of tradesmen in this area, (some 100 commercial vehicles And cars).
During this time we have been supplied with the bulk of spares from Busseys Norwich & Fakenham.
Now apart from attempting to poach away one of our best and biggest accounts by the Fakenham branch, the Norwich branch have reduced the discounts dramaticly and imposed VOR terms to non stock items.
I find this together with thier attempts to prevent me from obtaining my supplies elsewhere offensive.
I understand from speaking to a variety of people that you would not be prepared to deliver these supplies to us as in the passed.
I would like to know if I collect the parts myself if you would be prepared to supply us at sensible discounts.
I look forward to your reply.
