"Interesting"

A review of St. Andrews Street Baptist Church by Subbo - Monday 1st of March 2004

Interesting church. This Baptist Church seems to be quite laid back and open in worship. There was a guy leading from the keyboards and his hair was flying everywhere. He reminded me of Ralf from the muppets -in a good way. The songs were fun, modern and easy to sing along to. They had a big screen and didn't use books. Other times they have had a full Rock band playing leading worship

The guy doing the Sermon was really cool too - He had earings and waxy hair and what he had to say was really deep and fun at the same time.

The building is really nice inside and I think they run a coffee shop during the week. They also have rather alot of activities through the week too and the youth work is 'thriving'!
