"Sofa not So Good"

The Service from Sofa Workshop is in my view appaling.

I received several delivery dates that were all cancelled without notification. This was never communicated to me and I would only find out after chasing up the order as the delivery time frame was coming to a close.

After the first time of being let down I would contact the company the day before to confirm that the delivery was still taking place. After receiving confirmation that it was - it still didn't arrive!

When I eventually received the items the different units (to make up a corner unit)came in the three different colours (black, Cognac, and Mocha).

I had to store the items for another few weeks before it was collected - following a further cancellation that I was not notified about.

Bearing in mind that each time there was a cancellation it would take around six weeks before I would receive a new delivery date. This happened several times and so it is clear to see how this extended over several months.

I eventually cancelled my order after getting no joy and had to wait an entended period of time to get my money (nearly £2000) back.

I think that it is a huge shame that this side of the business is letting them down as the quality of the products seem to be superb.
