I worked as a Photographer for Olan Mills for nine years and the only thing I miss are the great group of people that I worked with. I don't miss. 1.The long hours and not being fairly compensated. 2. The lack of work in the slow periods. 3.The constant games the managers play with your commissions where if you had a good week at one location they would pull you off that schedule and send you somewhere where you were not making any money at all. 4. The sales tactics some of the employees used.5. The last minute schedule changes.6. The incompetent employee benefits dept. Hey I'm running out of room and I could go on; but I think you get the picture.
