"WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?"
A review of Pizza Hut by T. Smylie - Saturday 10th of April 2004
I never expect 5 star service from any Pizza Hut,but good basic CARE and SERVICE is a must. On a recent 12 noon visit with only 2 other tables occupied, it took 15 minutes for our order to be taken from one of the 8 staff who were standing talking and flirting amongst themselves. First the salad plate was PUSHED then the drinks were PLONKED on to the table. The large HOT dish with the pizza in was placed next to my 3 year old daughter and was only moved my the server when I was explaining to my dauhgter the hazzard. NO pizza placed on our plates like other diners. Whilst waiting for my daughter to finish my husband and I sat for another fifteen minutes chatting over dirty dishes. Then the Bill, we took the payment to cashier on our way out as no one bothered to collect it. OF COUSE THERE WAS NO TIP THAT DAY.
