Im not impressed - I once went in there looking for a present for my Dad. I bought a book but then saw a nicer one in another shop a few minutes later, so I took the book back to Chaps. They said they would refund me, but only in the form of a cheque!!! This meant that I had to keep the original book from Chaps and give to my Dad instead of the nice one I was hoping to buy with the money I'd spent at Chaps, as I had no other money and couldn't wait for four or five days for the cheque to clear!
