If you watched Watchdog on 20th April 2004 on BBC1 you'll see exactly how this company treats it's customers.
I saw poor workmanship and poor customer service.

The question is what proportion of their customers does this happen to......

However the customer service seemed representative of what they do.
Always be suspicious of a company that changes it's name more than once...
