I agree with T. Smylie. Pizza Hut may pretend to be child friendly with its bags of toys etc but some of the staff are totally mindless when it comes to children. You dont need to be an entertainer around children but a smile or providing a high chair would be nice. In my experience customer service is generally terrible and the restaurants dirty. I dont expect Pizza Hut to be like MacDonalds as someone else said - it is like Macdonalds - dirty and without character. I wont be going there again.
