I went in to get my bike fixed last week. Bearing in mind just what a bad condition it was in I was amazed when they called me 2 hours after I'd taken it in to tell me it was ready.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and did a damn good job of fixing my bike.

Next year I am recommending everyone in our rowing club goes there to get tehir bikes serviced (its very close to all the boathouses).
