I'm glad somebody in the whole wide world could tell me that my search for an e-mail address to send American express some feedback was futile, since they don't tell you that in their faqs page. No e-mail? Have they been asleep for the last ten years? I don't want to give them any kind of personal information, I just want to do them a favour by giving them some customer feedback and they want me to PAY for the privelege by giving me a non-free phone number? And what do they think the millions of people are doing every day when they buy stuff off the internet and do online banking if the internet is insecure?
What's more, I don't even have any way of telling them this, because they don't have an email address.
