"Frozen ribs...TWICE"

A friend of mine ordered steak and ribs...the first time it came out the ribs were frozen solid...they took it back being slightly unbothered about the whole thing. The second time it came out the ribs were hot on the outside but still frozen solid on the inside..obviously had just been microwaved!

None of the staff seemd overly bothered that the food was frozen...appauling service and they didn't even offer to have the meal taken off the bill!! Have never been again since!!
