As anyone with a brain should know, although a cash refund is not covered by your statutary rights and shops are acting within the law when they refuse to offer cash refunds when the item of clothing is NOT faulty this does not come into play when the item IS faulty. This being the case the shop has a legal obligation to offer a cash refund, if this is refused then the retail chain is open to prosecution...
