I bought a teak stereo system from Hughes a couple of years ago and found that they were very helpful, not only did they talk in a way that was easy to understand but they were very helpful in helping me find the right stereo for my needs and price range.
when i got home i too had trouble setting up all the wires and rang hughes who tried to talk me trough the setup when i explained i was still having trouble they came around the same day and finished off the setup, the funny thing was that all i needed to do was flick a switch on the side of the amp that they did try to direct me to down the phone, my point being that it seems that no problem is too big or small. If you do buy anything from Hughes expect nothing but the best from advice to after sale service.
