Why does everybody think they are entitled to a council house. The margrete thatcher years finished all that, council houses were sold off. and tennants bought there house for rock bottom prices. subsiquibtley there are no houses.It up to you people out their to do it yourself. when I bought my firts house interest rates were 17.5 % it has taken me years to get in any kind of sitution where I can go out or have the things I want. well people welcombe to the real world, cant afford a house here move, I did till we could afford a house in south cambs.Its going to take years to rebuild this country after the tory years, national health council houses, industry all sold off and broke down you are reaping the benfits sown 15 yrs previous. so dont blame the councils they cant give what they havent got.so get on with it and stop your winning. generally the councils do a good job, but like you they have to be paid and ballance the books as we all do these days.
