Your statuary rights say you can get a full refund on a product as long as you are returning it in full saleble condition. For example undamaged product with packaging, but quite often this is at the staffs descretion. It is normally in their interest to keep the customer happy. you are however entitled to a credit note. but i would try the other cambridge store if i was you
