"Rubbish bus drivers"

I have been using the buses in Cambridge for about 4 years and the service gets worse and worse. The drivers (if they turn up) are rude and never smile.

Why have they stopped doing return tickets because none of the drivers know?

Also why do the drivers NEVER have change for a ten pound note and when you pull on out they are rude and blame you for not having change?!
