"A disgrace to BAA-Heathrow & Gatwick"

Service at Heathrow T3 05 May 2004,non existant;73 mins.for main order to arrive.Customers were walking out in digust.
the Gatwick restaurant 02 March 2004 sent waiting customers away as 'no staff,just me & the cheff on duty'.
I have eaten at both Gatwick & Heathrow once before-service,dead slow;value for £ poor.Wont be going back.
