"What a night!"

I had been to Varsity once before and thorougly enjoyed it but going back again, they managed to surpass themselves, it was fantastic. The waiter who served us was very helpful and friendly and when he discoved, when clearing away, that a stray olive had got into my salad after I had asked for them to be left out he was wonderfully apologetic. The lamb I had was beautifully tender and the salad was to die for, all in a relaxed atmosphere which was still upmarket from my usual student haunts. So much food for your money, all washed down with a very nice white house wine. Perfect!
