I have been going to Scruffs over the past year or so,and must say that my hair has always been very important to me.I get my hair cut and coloured by Heidi and she has always done a perfect job, she is quite expensive but she is the salons colour specialist,and i dont mind paying when its this good!!! very pleasent salon to visit each time, and nice freindly atmosphere....
