"Terrible service"

Despite it being a Saturday night when I visited Old Orleans restaurant with 3 friends, there weren't many customers. I understood why when, 20 minutes after ordering drinks, the waitress still hadn't brought them over. She made us feel like we'd asked for the moon when we gently reminded her we'd be needing cutlery and ignored our request for more drinks (twice). Won't be going back in a hurry.
