"They don't deliver!"

A review of Royal Mail - Cambridge Delivery Office by Anonymous - Friday 11th of June 2004

I got a postcard in the letter box that they can't deliver a parcel because it won't fit through the slit in the door. I've tried for 1 week now to contact the number on that card, but nobody ever answers the phone or it is busy. The worst service I've ever seen!
