"It`s true they don`t answer their `phone"

I ordered an item it couldn`t be left because i was out,left a card with a number to ring but they do not answer their phone! i gave the said card to postman who said he would deliver today, i was out no delivery and now no card so i can`t even collect myself what do i do any suggestions anyone?
