The Tram Depot has lots of very good staff and SOME bad ones. If you want decent service why don't YOU try saying please and thank you and smiling. I know for a fact that the Tram operates a policy of if you say please then we will.

The beer is of a high standard most of the time and they sell Budvar on tap WOW. The food is good pub food. It is a little expensive however so is everywhere in cambridge that has any atmosphere.
