"Total Disappointment"

The setting is lovely, the establishment is clean, however on each occassion i have visited The Waterside the service has been intolerable. The most recent visit resulted in waiting over 20 minutes to be served 2 drinks at the bar, and when requesting a glass rather than a plastic beaker to drink out of, i was informed by the barperson that if i wanted to sit out on the terrace i could not have a glass and i i was lying when i said i had always been served in a glass before! Needless to say, i walked out, and in doing so passed all the other customers on the terrace drinking out of glasses!! The service is disgusting. We went round the corner to another establishment and served within seconds of entering, despite it being much busier.
