I had been to the Galleria once before and although service was slow the food was good so I convinced my partner to try it for dinner, despite it being known for bad service. What a mistake!
After 10 minutes ewe had to ask for our menus after we had been seated a further 15 minutes went past and as the restaurant was nnot busy and the staff seemed more interested in chatting each other up, we left.. never to return!
