I can also confirm that I have rang and rang again the 01223 448 831 number without it ever being answered, and this on many occasions and at different dates. I have complained in person and to royal mail customer services, and have been told this is because they are short staffed (first complaint I made was more than 6 months ago). What has also made things worse over the last few months is that the office now closes at 18h instead of 20h, which means I can no longer get there in time after work. Last time I ended up going there myself after many attempts at calling, and they could not find my parcel... Please register your complaints with Royal mail customer services, maybe this will force them to do something about it....(Royal Mail Customer Services on 08457 740 740).
