"EXCELLENT Customer Service"

I was just writing to tell you about the best Customer Service I have ever been subject to.
Last weekend when I was out looking for shoes, I stopped at the Shoe Zone. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, but the staff were polite and helpful-not at all like what is usually presented in any retail shop. In particular there was one employee, either Canadian or American (couldn't tell) who was particularly wecoming....very pleasant indeed.
I hope this helps others who are in need of good Customer Service whilst looking for shoes!
