If PC World take your PC from you, they have only 28 days to repair and return it to you. If they have it for more than 28 days then you are entitled to a BRAND NEW SYSTEM!

This is PC World's own (and very fair) policy. this policy is not a legal requirement, or enforced by the trading standards department. The 28 day rule is the policy of PC World themselves and is clearly presented in their 5 year cover policy document.

HAD YOU EVEN BOTHERED TO READ THE DOCUMENTATION, INSTEAD OF SIMPLY BITCHING AND WHINING, YOUR PROBLEM WOULD HAVE BEEN SOLVED FAR MORE QUICKLY!
