"Hair cutting at Reeds"

Reeds, I have found, are excellent for colouring. Especially Lee. He's a true professional and never gets it wrong.
Cutting however, I have found a different experience. I have had my hair cut by a number of stylists at Reeds, from the 'new' to the long-established, and quite frankly I think they could do better. Want specifics? Here goes:
(a) complete cutting disasters - ie. Mel, who has since left, thank goodness
(b) long on one side and short on the other ie. any of them, including Peter
(c) cutting into a nice style and then cutting further until nice style ruined ie. Jamie
(d) a seemingly good cut that actually only looks good for only a week or two, resulting in another cut necessary after only two weeks! - Kirsty et al.
Perhaps Alex is the only cutter whose work I have been pleased with. But then Alex wasn't trained at Reeds!! Perhaps the others could learn a thing or two from her?
What more can I say....? I would be interested to know if any others have had similar experiences.
